Urinary Incontinence

It’s common to experience leaking when you laugh, sneeze, or work out—often caused by weakened pelvic floor muscles after birth.

Diastasis Recti

If you’ve noticed a “pooch” or separation in your abs, you’re not alone. This condition can also lead to a weaker core and back pain.

Musculoskeletal Pain

Your body changes a lot during pregnancy. Loose joints and shifting posture can cause aches in your back, hips, and pelvis—especially with all the lifting, feeding, and carrying that come with a new baby.

Painful Intercourse

Discomfort during intimacy can stem from scar tissue, muscle tension, or hormonal changes—but it doesn’t have to be your new normal.

C-Section Recovery

We help you gently and effectively recover from a cesarean birth, managing scar tissue, discomfort, and reduced mobility.

What to Expect from the Program

Beyond the Bump includes four sessions designed to fit into your life as a busy new mom—with a mix of in-clinic and virtual support.

Visit 1: In-Clinic Assessment

  • A full-body evaluation focused on pelvic health and movement
  • A chance to talk openly about any symptoms you’re experiencing
  • A personalized recovery plan tailored to your goals

Visits 2 & 3: Virtual Guided Recovery

  • One-on-one virtual sessions with a certified women’s health physical therapist
  • Safe, guided movement and exercises to rebuild strength
  • Helpful tips for posture, baby lifting techniques, and more

Visit 4: Final In-Clinic Check-In

  • A review of your progress in strength and function
  • Expert advice for long-term wellness and a safe return to exercise
  • Next steps for continued supportpap/h
