Dr. Caroline Hardy
(PT, DPT, COMT, TDN, Pelvic Health PT)
Caroline Hardy is a certified Manual and Pelvic Health Therapist and can do dry needling.
Growing up playing sports in Monroeville, Alabama, Caroline was always drawn to creating a healthy lifestyle through movement and nutrition. Then she realized early on that PT was the perfect career to help others do the same.
Caroline earned her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Alabama in 2012. In 2015, she earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Elon University. Her favorite part of being a PT is being able to live a pain-free lifestyle with optimal function, which can make life so much more enjoyable. She loves helping others return to doing what they are passionate about and even doing things they never thought they could do.
Her approach is to treat everyone according to their individual functional goals. Whether someone needs to be able to pick up their child without pain, run a race, or live their life without pelvic pain or dysfunction, Besides the hands-on treatment and functional exercise prescription, Caroline tries to educate her patients as much as possible to give them tools they can use at home to live their healthiest life.
Caroline is motivated to live a healthy lifestyle every day for her family and patients. Being able to help and inspire others makes her excited to go to work every single day.
When Caroline isn’t with her husband Matt, and son Andrew, she enjoys cooking, hiking, yoga/Pilates, and watching Alabama football.
