
Dr. Javier Pere

Dr. Javier Pere is an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Certified Manual Therapist, Certified Dry Needling Therapist, Certified Hand Specialist, Certified Russian Kettle Bell Instructor, Certified Level 1 Weightlifting Coach, Certified Blood Flow Restriction Practitioner, and a Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.
Dr. Pere earned his Bachelors in Exercise Science from Mississippi College in 2009 where he played football as a wide receiver and earned honors on the Academic All-Conference Team. In 2012 Dr. Pere graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences as the Salutatorian with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and in 2013 earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
Dr. Pere has worked for some of the most well-known physical therapy practices in the country and has patient outcomes in the top 2 percent nationwide. Dr. Pere has also been part of the medical team for the CrossFit games, served as a Physical Therapist on a mission trip to Honduras, volunteers for the Special Olympics, and is an guest instructor for Samford University.
Dr. Pere lives in Thompsons Station, TN with his wife, Megan, also a Physical Therapist, and his two sons Auggie and Dempsey.
