Dr. Grant Mullins
(PT, DPT)
Grant Mullins, DPT, earned his undergrad degree from the University of Tennessee – Chattanooga in 2021 and then finished his pursuit as a physical therapist when he graduated from South College. Originally from Huntsville, AL, Grant’s passion for physical therapy was sparked through his experience with CrossFit, where he saw firsthand how fitness can transform lives. His mission is to help people better understand movement and strength, proving that fitness is for everyone. Grant’s favorite part of being a PT is not only restoring patients to their pre-injury state but also guiding them to become even stronger and more resilient than before.
With a hands-on, one-on-one approach, Grant customizes each treatment plan to meet the specific needs of his patients, helping them progress toward their individual goals. His ultimate aim is to build confidence and strength in his patients, helping them surpass their previous limits. Outside of work, he enjoys CrossFit, board games, kayaking, hiking, basketball, and disc golf—anything that keeps him active and outdoors. A proud Tennessee Vols fan, Grant brings enthusiasm and dedication to every patient he works with, making their journey to recovery both effective and empowering.
